Venue Opens

Guests are welcome to begin arriving from midday. The campsite will be open for anyone wanting to set up tents etc. Non-alcoholic drinks will be available from the bar.

Ceremony

Guests will be asked to take seats in the Safari Tent. Legal marriage, singing, general happiness.

Procession

Following the happy couple, everyone will walk down from the Safari Tent, through a small clearing, and along a path to a second seating area, with views of the estuary.

Vows & Commitments

Our celebrant, Tessa Wills, will perform a short joining ceremony looking out over the Emsworth Channel.

Wedding Breakfast

Join us in the marquee for a feast of classic picnic favourites! Will include speeches, Pimms, and cream teas (tea optional).

Free Time & Wedding Photos

The wedding party will briefly disappear for official wedding photos, whilst guests can enjoy the leafy surrounds and live acoustic folk music. The bar will open with a range of ales and other drinks. This is an ideal time to set up tents for those that could not arrive early.

First Dance

Join Alison and Murray on the dancefloor for the end of the folk set and their first official dance.

Family Band

The evening's entertainment will kick off in the marquee. We expect some shapes to be thrown!

Evening Feast

A (brief) break to rest your feet and grab some fajitas and fries to replenish your energy.

DJ Ross

Enjoy an eclectic mix of electro swing, trip-hop, personal favourites, club hits, and probably that one Robbie Williams track.

Last Call for Taxis

For any guests not camping over in the woods, please make sure your taxis have departed no later than 11:30pm.

Bed Time

Campers can continue enjoying the fire pit, but we're off to bed!

BBQ Brunch Train

Help yourself to locally sourced BBQ, right out of a train (you'll see what we mean). Cold drinks, teas, and coffees available from the bar.

We're Off!

Alison and Murray will depart for their honeymoon. All tents and overnight gear will need to be packed away by this point, and all guests to vacate the venue.
